Our friend countertenor Meili Li is doing voice training sessions for our choir and all who are interested in singing. In the first half of the session he gets us working on basics like breathing and actually discovering how our whole body is involved in singing. A Benefit Concert of Classical Music – with Astrid Müller and Rudolf Kelber
As part of the "Tag des offenen Denkmals". Works by J.S. Bach, Henry Purcell, Henry Eccles, Paul Hindemith, William Flackton, César Franck. Astrid Müller, voila and Rudolf Kelber, organ Astrid Müller studied viola in Berlin, the USA and Israel and played with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonie Hamburg and others. Tag des offenen Denkmals
Our Anglican Church building will be open once again for this Hamburg wide annual event. Visitors can pop in any time between to have a look around, watch 'the film', learn about the history and characters associated with 'Die Englische Kirche', and to avail themselves of a 'tour.' As ever, the 'book shop' in the gallery will be open too, and there will be plenty of opportunity to browse, and to make a few discoveries.
